Black Barn Farm -Seasonal Farmgate and Learning Space

60 Lower Nine Mile Road Stanley Victoria

Take an off-the-beaten-track meander through the rolling hills of Stanley to a little family owned farm in the process of establishing a regeneratively farmed heritage fruit orchard and berry farm.

While the trees and berry canes wont be ready to offer a 'weak-at-the-knees' experience of picking your own harvest the 2022 season, the Black Barn Family also offer heritage apple trees for sale year round, an abundant farm gate, ad-hoc fresh apple cider doughnuts from the "Dough Bros stand" and a range of workshops and events throughout the year.

Black Barn Farm don't sell just any apples but heritage apples, many long forgotten with names such as Mutsu, Smoothee, King Cole, Five Crown and Cameo.

Carefully grown without the use of any artificial insecticides, herbicides or fungicides you can delight in knowing that your tree and juice abounds in good fungi around its roots, and will produce strong healthy trees which are not compromised.

The events calendar changes every year and Trees don't have a strict timetable so be sure to check our website to confirm season start/finish dates.
