The Dartmouth Pub is a welcoming, family-friendly pub located in the village of Dartmouth, at the top end of the Mitta Valley in Victoria's High Country.
The qualified chefs love cooking up classic country pub fare, using local produce and sourcing beef from their own nearby farm and other properties in the Mitta Valley. It's true paddock to plate here at the Dart.
Nearby Dartmouth Dam (also known as Lake Dartmouth) is renowned for its fantastic fishing; it is a superb recreational rainbow and brown trout destination and one of very few breeding grounds for the elusive Macquarie perch. In addition to the excellent fishing, Lake Dartmouth permits a variety of water sports, and the top of the dam wall has a lovely lookout across the lake towards the native forests.
Bookings are preferred but not essential. Come in and say g'day.
