In fantastic news for those Regional Victorians and border residents looking to get their mountain bike on now that restrictions have eased (and for Melburnians in the very near future), the Falls Creek Mountain Bike Park is set to open on the 30th October!
But wait…I thought the bike park didn’t open until late November? That’s right…it’s opening early! With the disappointment of having to cancel the Ignition Festival, the trail crew (aided by a low snow season) worked overtime to get the trails ready early…for you. All 40km of trails will be open this Saturday and the they look to be in peak condition!!!
Blue Dirt shuttles and bike hire will recommence on the 20th of November, with a reduced COVID-19 operating capacity. Be sure to book you shuttles early to avoid disappointment. Or, if you are looking to rent bikes, drop by Rocky Valley in Mount Beauty on your way up the hill.
