1. This promotion is open to anyone 18 years or older with the exception of employees of the promoter.

2. This promotion is valid until 8pm 16th June 2024. All entries must be received by Tourism North East before 8pm 16th June 2024. All entries must be submitted via the competition portal on www.ridehighcountry.com.au by completing the survey form.

3. All competition entrants agree to receive marketing email communications from Ride High Country and Victoria's High Country.

4. The winning entry will be determined at 4pm on Monday 17th June 2024 in the offices of Tourism North East, Level 1, 19-23 Camp Street, Beechworth VIC 3747. The winner will be notified by email. The results of the competition will be posted on www.ridehighcountry.com.au for a minimum of 28 days plus the winning entry will be posted on the Facebook and Instagram accounts for Ride High Country. If for any reason another winner is required such as for unclaimed prizes, it will be conducted on Friday 28 June 2024 at the same time and place mentioned above. Results of a second winner will be notified on the website and social media.

5. There will be one prize awarded to the first Eligible Entry drawn. The winner will recieve a Ride High Country Merchandise Pack. The total prize is valued at $400.

6. The prize is non-transferable, redeemable, refundable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.

7. The prize will be posted to the winner upon supply of an Australian postal address and sent via Australia Post Parcel Post.

8. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance, or availability of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is not able to give the winner the advertised prize, subject to State regulations.

10. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance by the winner of these terms and conditions and approval to use the winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes, unless specifically requested by the winner not to do so at the time of accepting the prize.
