DINNER PLAIN MOUNTAIN BIKE PARK

Discover 24 kilometres of alpine trails, right from your door and flowing around a true mountain town.

THE PARK

Dinner Plain is an all-seasons alpine village, nestled in the Alpine National Park, which creates a magnificent setting for trails that leave from your door. So, leave the car and just ride!

Following a recent extension of the trail network, there are loops for everyone. Every summer and autumn, ride among beautiful gums, through historic cattle grazing land and out to incredible High Country views while enjoying the crisp and clean mountain air.

Hook in a cafe, bar or brewery on your ride, then head back onto the trails.

THE LONG LOOP

Start with a relaxed roll up Brabalong Trail to JB Plain then across and up for some big views back to Hotham. The trail then heads back down through the bush to Dinner Plain across the road onto Baxter's Run, Pig Tail to Appian Way and the High Mile Descent trails. Up and out via Jabber-Wookie and Appian Way, past the ski run then descend again onto Ferg’s into Moby's and back out. It’s a long loop with loads of good fun singletrack across the whole park.

BREWERY LOOPS

Blizzard Brewery sits midway between the two drop-in points for the Kenny's, Ferg’s, Moby's and the High Mile Descent trails. So, after a good pump and pedal, it’s always a good place to stop for a sports drink, just so you are ready to go again.

BIG GREEN

This can be a long or short ride, which is a fun green spin through Baxter’s Run, out onto the Collectors Cirque and around Dinner Plain then up the Brabralung (Hotham to Dinner Plain) Trail to JB Hut. If you are still feeling strong, push onto Paw Paw Plain and through to Hotham.
