GREAT VICTORIAN RAIL TRAIL

Strap yourselves in for a long(er) ride. If you fancy yourself to be quite the fit, experienced rider, you should make short work of these longer sections of the Great Victorian Rail Trail.

YEA TO ALEXANDRA (35KM)

Take in the stunning views of the Cathedral Ranges from the Eglinton Cutting near Koriella Station. There are steep hills about 10km out of Yea and 5km before arriving in Alexandra. Suitable for fit, experienced riders.

TALLAROOK - YEA (37KM)

The trail winds along next to the heritage-classified Goulburn River at Tallarook and passes through the Trawool Valley. This section of the trail is quite up hill and down dale. The steep pass about 5km before arriving in Yea is the biggest climb. Suitable for fit, experience riders.
