Woolshed Falls is a scenic 25m-high waterfall around 8km north of Beechworth. The falls cascade over smooth granite, and the surrounding rocky outcrops are a very popular place to sit and relax with a picnic. On this ride package, the team equip you with one of their fun E-MTBs, a picnic hamper of locally-sourced food and drink packed into a handlebar bag, and a map of the route you'll take to the Falls. It's a wonderful way to cycle the local backroads and experience one of Beechworth's favourite sites. The out-and-back ride takes in a section of the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail near Lake Sambell, the Chinese Gardens and the old railway station before heading down Malakoff Road and out into the farmland north of town.

The long-awaited rail trail link between Beechworth and Yackandandah certainly lives up to the hype! The Murray to Mountains rail trail originally finished at the old Beechworth station, but this 27km extension sends you east of town and through farmland before a fun 4km descent into Yackandandah. Mostly sealed gravel bike path with one short gravel road section, the trail is a safe cycling adventure between two of North East Victoria's favourite towns. Riding to Yack and back is a 50km plus effort, so the team have put together this simple ride package with an E-MTB rental and a shuttle pickup in Yack back to Beechworth so that you don't have to ride back. The E-bike and the pickup make the route enjoyable by almost everyone. You have two options for the shuttle back to Beechworth: 12.45pm and 3.45pm. The earlier shuttle is best for cooler morning rides and an early lunch (or late breakfast), while the later shuttle is perfect for a lazy lunch and a wander around Yack township.
